An umami compounded Chilli Stock and spices suitable for malat dishes, soups, sambal nasi lemak and any recipes you can think of. Just add 2-3 spoons into it and feel the difference.
Recipe : Anchovies and Peanut with Chilli
- Red Onions - 1 Nos
- Garlic - 2 Nos
- Peanut - 100g
- Anchovies - 100g
- Chilli Stock - 25g
- Sugar - 40g
Preparation Method :
- Toast / Fry anchovies and peanuts.
- Fry sliced onions and garlics.
- Heat oil and sauteed Chilli Stock using low heat.
- Add sugar then fry till crispy.
